As we continue fostering well-being and mindfulness in our workplace, we invite you to join our Take a Break Meditation series, held in person every Tuesday in April starting April 8th. This event is dedicated to all SEAS staff, and due to limited seating, we encourage you to sign up early.

Sometimes, all you need is a moment to pause. Take a Break offers a restful and restorative space to release stress, find peace, and reconnect with yourself and your colleagues. First introduced in 2020, this series has grown into a supportive community where you can reset and renew your body, mind, and heart—one mindful breath at a time.

 Light refreshments will be provided.
 

Presenter: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC
Kevin is the University’s Ergonomist and holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University. He is also a licensed Certified Athletic Trainer. Outside of work, Kevin is a husband, father of two boys, a pastor, and enjoys photography.
