Columbia Engineering's New Team Bonding Initiative: Copper Rose Workshop

Our first team bonding workshop took place on October 22nd at the Makerspace, where participants from the Columbia Video Network (CVN) and the Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics (APAM) department came together to create their own Copper Roses using jewelry hammers, pliers, and epoxy. This hands-on, engineering-themed activity was a perfect way for staff to connect with the school’s mission, fostering creativity, collaboration, and a deeper engagement with the innovative spirit of Columbia Engineering. It was a fantastic start to our new monthly series!
